These terms govern use of the Daily mobile app and website. By using Daily, you agree to use the app responsibly and only for personal entertainment.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Paid features, if offered, are billed through the App Store. Subscription management, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms that apply to your account.

Gameplay and Availability

Daily provides puzzle content and archive access as available. We may add, change, remove, or limit games, features, archives, ads, and subscription options over time.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt services, bypass paid access, scrape content at scale, or use Daily in a way that violates applicable law or platform rules.

Disclaimers

Daily is provided as is, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free gameplay, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for Daily features.
